Positioning: Enabling Better Services
SPA – The State Property Authority of NSW, was established in 2006 as the Government’s corporate real estate service provider with the aim of improving operational efficiencies in the use of Government properties.
The Authority partners with NSW Government agencies to manage property more effectively and efficiently, allowing agencies to focus on delivery of their core services to the community. Once part of the Department of Commerce, SPA required its own distinct identity within government guidelines.
Brand workshops were held with the executive to align all stakeholders and deliver a clear the positioning that would resonate with government clients and potential commercial prospects. The positioning was summarised in the tag line ‘SPA – Enabling Better Services’, which was interpreted into a new identity and look.
An internal and external communications program launched the brand and included, staff presentations, design of corporate collateral, internal signage and website.
